We invite instructors of Web-based distance education courses to share their opinions with the research team by completing a brief survey.  Results will be compiled and posted on the Web site.  Participating in this survey indicates that you are over 18 years of age and are giving your informed consent to be a subject in this study.   All information submitted will be kept confidential.
